MISSION STATEMENT

The Community Church of Madrid is a diverse family of faith joined together by our love of Jesus Christ and the desire to share his witness of love. We are committed to provide a welcoming haven for English-speaking Christians in Madrid.

MISSIONS

The Community Church of Madrid is regularly involved in missions within the church, in the city of Madrid and throughout the world. As the "Church Without Walls", the church supports, a wide range of missions with its funds.

The first Sunday of each month, used clothing for children and adults are collected for distribution by our associated Ropero. Also, the first Sunday of each month a communion collection is taken to support missions within the church, within the city, or for international missions. These funds have been used for Madrid refugees and natural disaster relief in places like El Salvador and India.

Special food drives are held each year for the Ropero and Salvation Army. The church also supports the Christmas toy drive of the Salvation Army.

The CCM supports the church youth through donations and scholarships for the international youth conference and supports underpriviledged youth of Madrid and Spain by making scholarship monies available for the Salvation Army Summer Camp.

All monies collected in the regular offering the third week of December are used in total for the mission of the Community Church of Madrid.

As one can see, missions are one of the most important activities of the CCM.
